PANDUIT NetKey® OM4 LC Fibre Pigtail

Panduit’s NetKey® OM4 LC Fibre Pigtail supports high-performance multimode network installations and simplifies field termination via fusion splicing. This pigtail is part of the NetKey® range, engineered for reliable interconnect and cross-connect solutions in entrance facilities, telecommunications rooms, data centres, and horizontal distribution areas.

Constructed with OM4 laser-optimized multimode fibre, the NetKey® OM4 LC Pigtail delivers enhanced bandwidth and optical performance that supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other high-speed applications. The pigtail features a 900 µm tight-buffered fibre for easy stripping and preparation during splice field terminations, helping installers achieve clean, predictable results.

One end of the pigtail is factory-terminated with an LC simplex connector, known for its small form factor and broad compatibility with common network equipment and adapter panels. The other end remains unterminated, ready for precise fusion splicing to backbone or distribution fibre, reducing installation time and complexity.

Performance is assured with a maximum connector insertion loss of 0.3 dB and minimum return loss of 26 dB, supporting stable, low-loss optical transmission. The cable’s aqua jacket colour provides easy identification in mixed-type installations.

NetKey® OM4 LC Fibre Pigtails are manufactured to meet industry standards including TIA/EIA-568-C.3-1, ISO/IEC 61755-3-1, and TIA-604 (FOCIS), and are RoHS compliant, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental adherence.
