The Jonard Tools Fiber Power Meter & Optical Light Source Kit is a fibre testing solution to measure optical power and provide a stable light reference for singlemode fibre installations. It verifies link quality, loss, and continuity during installation and maintenance.
The FPM-50A power meter measures absolute optical power and relative power loss over a range of wavelengths from 800 nm to 1700 nm, giving technicians the flexibility to test various fibre systems. It supports a measurement range from -50 to +26 dBm and includes FC, SC, and LC adapters for APC/PC/UPC connections.
It comes in a protective case with straps and intelligent features like the backlit display and auto-off function help preserve battery life and make readings easy to interpret in low-light conditions.
