Fluke Networks Launch Lead - SC-LC

Fluke Networks Launch Leads are high-quality fibre optic reference cables used to ensure accurate and repeatable OTDR measurements in fibre certification. When used with Fluke Networks OTDRs and fibre certification testers, these launch cables create the “dead zone” required to properly measure connector loss and event performance at the beginning and end of a fibre link.

They are available in multiple configurations and support a wide range of connector types such as LC, SC, ST, FC, and E2000 (E2K). This ensures compatibility with lots of network infrastructures and testing requirements.

By isolating the OTDR’s initial pulse and enabling full characterisation of the first and last connectors in a link, these cables help technicians receive standards-compliant, reliable test results.

The leads are supplied in a compact case that protects the connectors from contamination and damage during transport and storage.
