The Fluke Networks FiberInspector™ FI-525 ensures fibre optic connections are free from contamination and damage before network testing or activation. It combines the advanced FI-500 FiberInspector™ Micro with a comprehensive fibre cleaning kit, which enables technicians to inspect, clean and verify fibre end faces quickly, preventing downtime and performance issues.
The FI-500 features autofocus technology that delivers a sharp, high-resolution image, making it ideal for use in enterprise networks, data centres and telecommunications installations. Its integrated PortBright™ light makes it easy to locate ports in dark or densely populated patch panels, while the large colour display offers a clear view of singlemode and multimode fibre connectors.
The kit includes four UPC inspection tips for LC, SC, 1.25mm and 2.50mm connectors, and a cleaning kit containing wet and dry cleaning tools for removing contamination immediately after inspection.
