What is Fluke Gold? It’s a maintenance and support program to reduce expenses and downtime caused when Fluke test equipment needs to be calibrated or repaired. It is available as a 1 year or 3 year package and includes:

  • Priority technical assistance
  • Repair or replacement is fast and reliable
  • Annual calibration or performance testing
  • Software and firmware support

 

Gold Concierge

In addition to Fluke Gold Support, Networks Direct offers a concierge service to help you organise your calibrations, arrange repairs, replace accessories and provide technical support. How does this work?

  • Organise Calibration: We’ll let you know when your units are due for calibration and will arrange the calibration and collection for a day that suits you.
  • Arrange Repairs: Free repairs with all costs for collection, repair and return are included with Gold Support. In the case of a unit failure, contact us and we will arrange the collection and repair.
  • Replacement Accessories: If an accessory presents a fault (like a battery no longer holding charge) contact us with a detailed description of the fault and we will liaise with Fluke for a replacement.
  • Technical Support: Our in-house specialists will try to answer any questions you have regarding the functionality of your test equipment and if needed we’ll escalate to Fluke Networks technical support on your behalf.
